Week 1 - Vision, Values & Shareholder Alignment

We start by reviewing your current family business state, clarifying your legacy vision and end goals, and writing personal legacy letters.

Together, we'll define your family's core values and mission, understand the difference between active and passive shareholders, and create your Shareholder Alignment Charter."

Week 2 -

In Week 2, we build on the foundation by focusing on Family Capital Development.

Using the Three Circle Model — Family, Ownership, and Business — we assess your human, intellectual, financial, and social capital.

We map roles and responsibilities, identify leadership pathways, and develop your Family Capital Development Plan and Family Compact."

Week 3 -

"In Week 3, we shift focus to the business structure and strategy.

We’ll work on strategic planning, review your organizational structure, and build governance models including Family Councils, Boards, and Advisory Committees.

You'll streamline key processes, define KPIs, and assess leadership and business systems for growth."

Week 4 -

"Finally, in Week 4, we bring it all together with your Family Legacy Action Plan.

We introduce the Four Room Model to manage wealth creation, preservation, growth, and distribution. We cover financial planning, risk management, succession planning, and crisis preparation.

The week culminates in your completed Legacy Action Plan and a Family Commitment Ceremony to affirm your future together."
